HOUSE RULES MY GUEST IN FLORENCE
We thank you for your choice, in welcoming you warmly, please read carefully the regulations and the rules of conduct that each guest must adopt in order not to disturb or damage others and the environment.
Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation and the rules contained therein may lead to the termination of the contract with the related economic and legal consequences deriving from it.
OUR STAFF IS AT THE FULL DISPOSAL OF THE GUESTS FOR ANY NEED, IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR STAY THE MOST PLEASANT POSSIBLE.
1) GENERAL INDICATIONS:
a. The Regulations of the accommodation facility "MY GUEST IN FLORENCE" by Kristina Nui and Alessio Parisi are established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same. It has a contractual nature between "MY GUEST IN FLORENCE" and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay in the B&B and the acceptance of this request by "MY GUEST IN FLORENCE" implies the total acceptance of these Regulations.
b. All guests are required to respect the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Structure, which can be consulted at the B&B reception and published on the website https://www.myguestinflorence.it
c. Failure to comply with the Regulations and the additional provisions of the Management may result in the removal from the Structure of the transgressor and the relative reporting of the fact to all national and international tourist organizations, unless also reported to the Public Authorities in the event that the non-compliance may possibly to suggest the commission of a crime.
d. All the specific indications reported in the signs placed in the area owned and / or pertaining to the B&B must also be respected.
is. Parents (or those who legally exercise parental authority) are jointly responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the B&B and are required to supervise them and make sure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility. and, in particular, with regard to the obligation of respect for silence, the correct use of the bathrooms, which cannot be considered play or meeting places, and the equipment made available by the Structure to its Guests. Any activity that could disturb other Guests is prohibited. In general, all the rules of this contract regulation must be respected.
f. The conduct held by both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant and, therefore, any violation of the rules of this regulation and of the common rules of civil coexistence and good performance of the B&B will entail, according to the judgment contractually mandated in via unappealable to the Management, the immediate termination of the contract and removal from the B&B. In this case, the B&B Management is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, also by way of compensation for damage, without prejudice to the right to compensation for the greater damage ascertained.
g. The Personnel appointed by the Management is required to enforce the Regulations towards anyone. Each customer in the act of accepting hospitality in the B&B also contractually accepts to submit to the authority of said staff, who are in any case obliged in turn to always respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our culture of courtesy and good education. According to the B&B policy, all guests enjoy the right to respectful and dignified treatment and, as responsible reception facilities, we have an obligation to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. If a guest's actions are deemed inappropriate by a staff member, or if inappropriate behavior is reported, the B&B reserves the right to take action against the guest, after verifying this situation. Depending on the seriousness of the guests' actions, the B&B may, at its discretion, request the intervention of the police or remove guests from the structure.
h. The Management reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time, which will be published on the website https://www.myguestinflorence.it.
2) PERSONAL DATA:
a. Upon arrival, customers will be asked for an identification document for the purpose of communicating their presence to the competent police bodies.
b. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196, all personal data of our Customers will be processed both by computer systems and manually, in order to carry out tax and legal obligations (draw up invoices, record data, etc.) and provide the requested service, as well as keep our guests informed of future of promotions and offers.
3) RESERVATION:
a. For information, you can contact the reception and the management of the B&B by phone, by E-Mail or in person.
b. Reservations can be made by sending a written request to the e-mail address [email protected], on the website https://www.myguestinflorence.it or by telephone.
c. The booking request must indicate the number and type of rooms requested, name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, number of adults and children, age of children (in order to be able to propose quotes tailored to different needs), contact details telephone, e-mail for communications. Please also indicate the estimated time of your arrival.
d. To confirm the reservation, unless otherwise indicated, the credit card details of the booker are required as a reservation guarantee, which will be verified by the B&B with pre-authorization of an amount equivalent to the total of the entire stay.
is. The reservation is also considered valid with a previously agreed deposit (bank transfer or cash), provided that the period and duration of the accommodation, the address and telephone number of the sender, the arrangement (type of pension) and the accommodation (single, double, triple or family room).
f. The price of the stay includes morning cleaning (at set times) and breakfast. It does NOT include: any extra cleaning, drinks, drinks from the mini-bar supplied to the rooms, rentals and use of equipment unless explicitly indicated in the offer, damage to persons or property and anything not expressly indicated in the offer.
4) CHANGES TO BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS:
a. For cancellations or changes to the reservation in the seven days prior to arrival at the B&B or in the event of a no-show, the structure reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay.
b. Refunds are not normally provided for inability to occupy the accommodation in the booked period due to difficulties with means of transport, errors, other personal reasons or even changes such as early departures or delays on arrival. The booked period will be charged in full pursuant to art. 1385 -1386 of the Italian Civil Code.
5) BALANCE OF THE STAY:
a. The balance of the stay is due upon arrival during check-in, any guarantee given by credit card does not exempt the customer from payment. The pre-authorization requested will remain valid and as a guarantee for the entire duration of the stay and will be canceled after departure following verification of the room, the regularity of the stay, as well as the balance of the extras and the main conditions of the regulation, with possible charge in case damage, theft, unpaid extras during check-out and / or early departure.
b. The pre-authorization will be unlocked automatically after 30 days, as per banking regulations, in case you want to unlock the sum in advance, you must request the procedure from the B&B via email, subject to verification of point 5 paragraph a.
c. PRE-ACCOUNT and VERIFICATION: before the account balance it is possible to request the vision of the account and the debits for verification. Any errors or omissions must be reported before the account is issued.
d. ELECTRONIC INVOICE: if you need an invoice, please report it promptly by providing us with the data of the header, address, tax code / VAT number, recipient code / PEC. Otherwise we will issue a simple receipt and the subsequent cancellation will not be possible.
is. BALANCE OF THE ROOM: The balance of the room must be paid upon arrival. It is possible to pay in cash for a maximum amount of 999.00 Euro (subject to changes in the laws relating to cash payment) or also by credit and debit card. Attention, Travel Checks and personal or bank checks are not accepted.
f. EXTRA CONSUMPTIONS: At check-out, the drinks from the minibar and other extras not yet detected by the B&B staff must be communicated.
g. NON-DECLARED GUESTS: Any people staying in the same room, but not declared at the time of booking or upon arrival, will be charged to the owner of the reservation with a rate increased by 50% on the daily price with the option of the management and the property to report to the PS authorities all unauthorized persons found inside the B&B.
h. CHARGE FOR LOSS OF KEYS: The breakage of the key will be counted with a minimum amount of € 10.00 for the duplicate. The loss of the keys and / or key rings of the suites will be charged to you with a minimum amount of € 30.00.
the. DAMAGE CHARGE: Guests respond and are called to pay compensation for damage caused by them or caused by people or animals under their responsibility. In case of missing linen, we will be forced to charge it to the account.
6) ARRIVAL (Check In)
a. DELIVERY OF ROOMS: the delivery of the rooms is NOT scheduled before 14:30 (GMT + 1) and will be guaranteed until 23:00 (GMT + 1), unless otherwise agreed. Agree, at the time of booking, the expected arrival time. The keys will be delivered upon arrival after having completed the registration of the PS and the account balance. If the room is ready before the check-in time it will be assigned immediately, otherwise it will be possible to leave the luggage with us.
b. IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: Upon arrival, guests must be provided with identification documents, including minors. otherwise the operator must refuse hospitality (article 109 of the PS law as amended by article 7 point 2 of Law 203/95). The manager will also present, to each incoming customer, a declaration form of the personal details that the latter must complete and sign (PS Law as amended: from article 7 n.4 of L.203 / 95).
c. ACCEPTANCE OF MINORS: Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years. Minors unaccompanied by people of majority age will be accepted only if in possession of a release signed by their parents (or by those who legally exercise their parental authority), with their contact telephone number and a copy of their document.
d. CUSTOMER GUEST REPORTING: any guests of customers staying in the structure, even if temporary, must be agreed and reported at the reception and present themselves with an identity document. The presence inside the structure must be authorized by the management.
is. PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE ROOM: Each accommodation can be occupied only by the number of people indicated for that specific housing unit unless the customer requests to add another bed, also on the proposal of the reception staff. ALL the names of the occupants must be provided at the reception.
f. DATA PROCESSING: The data of our. guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
g. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: The choice and designation of the place, in the type and category booked, is at the total discretion of the B&B Management, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
h. WELCOME POINT: The welcome point on arrival is at the reception of the structure.
the. CHECKING THE ROOM: Please report immediately any damage or inefficiencies and malfunctions that you should encounter when staying in your room. Any damage found subsequently will be attributed to you.
7) DEPARTURE (check-out)
a. ROOM RETURN: rooms MUST be returned by 10:30 am (GMT + 1), unless otherwise agreed. Agree, at the time of booking, the expected departure time. Unauthorized extensions after this time will be considered as an extension of the stay and charged. the keys of the same must be delivered at the Reception to the staff responsible for checking the data in use (in order to avoid discussions, please notify us of any breakages, etc.).
b. PENALTY FOR DELAYED DEPARTURE: After 11.00 am (useful time for the rearrangement of the room), the total cost of the room for a whole day will be charged to the customer.
c. EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure with respect to the booking period, the customer must pay the full amount agreed at the time of booking. If, on the day of your departure (check out), you plan to leave before 7.00 am, we kindly ask you to notify us the day before.
d. BALANCE OF ACCOUNT: The account must possibly be requested and, in case of departure before the reception opening hours, paid the day before departure.
is. OBJECTS RETURN: Remember at departure to check to hand over the keys and any cards or other equipment provided by the hotel (electrical adapters, battery chargers, etc.)
f. LUGGAGE DEPOSIT: On the day of departure it is possible to leave your luggage in custody with us until 18:00 (6.00pm).
8) RULES OF CONDUCT DURING THE STAY
a. CLEANING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOM: The customer has the right to have the room starting from 2.30 pm on the agreed day (day of arrival). During the period of stay the room will be available to guests except for 30 minutes in the period from 09:00 to 14.00 to allow for daily cleaning. If the customer does not want the room to be renovated at the time indicated, he will in fact lose the right to a daily makeover.
b. ACCESS of the staff in the OCCUPIED ROOMS: If, in addition to the normal access for cleaning, for maintenance or other reasons it is necessary for the hotel staff to access an occupied room, or in the event of significant changes in the cleaning schedule and services, the B&B undertakes to inform guests of any need for entry by the staff in an occupied room.
c. Garbage must be collected in the appropriate collection bags located in the bedrooms and in the bathrooms of the rooms. It is not allowed to leave waste or anything else in the common areas
d. LINEN CHANGE: The linen is changed every 2 days. For standard bookings, if expressly requested by the customer, it can also be daily, but will be considered as a supplement.
is. USE OF THE ROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Any damage caused to furniture, furnishings or equipment will be adequately assessed with the owners of the business for the relative reimbursement.
Please do not slam the doors but accompany them, if you return to your room late please close the door of your room gently so as not to disturb those who are already sleeping.
Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. It is forbidden to bring outside anything found in the rooms, bathrooms or in any case inside the B&B.
Please notify and deliver the receipt by the discovery or loss of things
Please also, every time you leave the room, close the door and check that the windows are closed, to prevent possible subtraction of values from the rooms
ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY OF THE OBJECTS OF YOUR PROPERTY LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE ROOMS therefore you are requested not to leave valuables unattended inside them. At your disposal in the room is installed a safe, where you can leave small objects or money in custody. You can ask the management for the keys.
f. NOTICES, RULES AND PROHIBITIONS: SILENCE, ORDER, CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR. INSIDE THE B&B It is forbidden inside the premises:
Smoking,
Using drugs,
It is mandatory to respect the vegetation, the ground, the hygiene and cleanliness of all spaces,
It is not allowed to enter areas reserved for B&B staff, (i.e. no area except for the assigned room , corridors and terrace)
It is not allowed to throw papers and rubbish out of the appropriate bins,
It is not allowed to enter with weapons, knives, sticks or tools considered blunt,
Speaking loudly, shouting,
From 22:00 in all rooms the acoustic volume should be moderate. Please keep quiet even in corridors, stairs and common areas.
g. Our facility does not provide a night porter and closes at 11pm (11pm), although a night telephone service is guaranteed for emergencies.
9) ANIMALS: DOGS, CATS, RABBITS AND OTHER ANIMALS
a. The B&B accepts small pets upon request and confirmation at the B&B. For hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are allowed only in certain rooms and only in some areas. The management reserves the right to accept the animal at its discretion, and in any case, if it does not comply with what is declared by the guest.
b. The cost of the pet's stay is free but an amount of 25 euros could be charged at the end of the stay due to the need for a more thorough cleaning of the room and with adequate detergents and sanitizers compared to normal.
c. The presence of the animal must be communicated upon booking.
d. Animals must always remain on a leash both inside the B&B and in the external areas of relevance.
is. The customer must be adequately equipped for the welfare of their animal. Any use of bed and bath linen for the animal (grooming, bedding or other) is prohibited.
f. It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal get on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.
g. It is absolutely forbidden to leave pets alone in the rooms during the whole stay (day and night).
h. It is mandatory to comply with the vaccinations provided for by national and regional laws and with the mandatory marking (tattoo chip medal)
i. The behavior of the animal must be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests. An animal that disturbs any of the customers or other people in the hotel must, upon request, be calmed or removed. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may result from animals. All the operations necessary to restore environmental hygiene in the rooms occupied by the animal are the sole responsibility of the customer. If traces (hair, excrement or other) are found on the beds or on the linen, the value of the contaminated garment will be charged to the Customer.
j. The management reserves the right to withdraw the stay contract at any time and without notice to anyone who does not comply with the above indications.
10) WI FI:
a. All areas and rooms of the B&B are covered by a Wi Fi service whose code, upon release of the personal details and declaration of privacy release, will be provided at the reception.
11) TIMETABLE:
a. Respect the times shown to use the services
b. Upon arrival, the delivery of the rooms takes place from 14:30 to 23:00
c. Upon departure, the rooms must be returned at 10:30 (in the morning)
d. Please communicate any time requirements other than those indicated here well in advance
e. SERVICES: Please follow the times shown. The structure is not obliged to provide services outside these hours nor to reimburse services not used due to negligence or delay of the customer, including breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.
12) ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT:
a. The current in the hotel is 220 volt alternating current, check that your appliances are suitable for this type of current
b. The electrical sockets are of the Italian type. Make sure you have adapters if your appliances are equipped with plugs with a different system
c. The hotelier assumes no responsibility for any damage to the equipment due to force majeure (sudden blackouts, power surges, etc.)
13) SMOKE, FIRES and FREE FLAMES:
a. THE B&B IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH ROOMS FOR SMOKERS, THEREFORE IN THE WHOLE B & B AND ESPECIALLY IN THE ROOMS SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
b. It is NOT allowed to smoke, burn, light candles in the rooms, corridors and other environments unless expressly authorized.
c. It is compulsory to inform and read the fire prevention regulations, the equipment and the behaviors to be followed in the event of a fire.
d. It is absolutely forbidden to light any stove inside the rooms.
is. It is forbidden in the whole structure, including bedrooms, to use open flame equipment whatever the fuel used (stoves, heaters, lamps, etc.);
15) MEALS, HYGIENE and SAFETY
a. Breakfast is served in the room or on the terrace.
16) LIABILITY:
a. The Management of the B&B is not responsible for the shortage of objects and / or values of the guests (each Guest is required to diligently keep the objects owned by him), for damage resulting from force majeure events and the nature of the thing (atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall within the nature of the plants, gusts of wind, damage or theft of cars). For no reason, discounts will be recognized upon departure to cover any or presumed disservices that may occur following the events described above.
